The rooms were excellent, spacious and well-maintained. The location was perfect, near restaurants and the waterfront. The breakfast had a great variety and stunning views. The staff was super helpful.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a stone's throw away from the waterfront promenade, and there are great dining options nearby like La Terraza.

we had a nice view of the river from our room. the place was just 1 mile from torreon del barro.

The view of the active waterfront with fish mongers and sea lions galore. The hotel architects really showed what can be done to offer the most comfort and the best views to all. The pool room was especially nice as was the breakfast..

So far in both Chiles and Argentina , we have not seen " washcloths". Just would love to have one. There was a surprise at checkout. I thought our Booked.nete rate was $145/night. After falling in love with the hotel, I asked the desk if we could stay a couple of more nights at the same rate. Answer was yes. Bottom line, the booking .com rate was only 145 for one night and 175 for the second and the desk said that they thought I was requesting a room at the std rate. In the US we call this bullshit! Anyhow we paid but left a bitter taste on what was an otherwise beautiful stay. We loved Valdivia!

We liked the service, the rooms, large and comfortable

The hotel's location had great advantages such as being close to the river, stunning restaurants like Esmeralda, and even the fish market. the rooms and bathrooms were satisfying, and the breakfast provided a great start to the day. the hotel had some excellent facilities, like the spa and pool area, that added comfort to the stay.

Some of the front desk staff lacked customer service skills, and there were several issues reported with air conditioning in the rooms, which could be quite frustrating for disabled guests.

Incredible steam room and lovely views from the top floor bar. The staff is helpful, especially at the restaurant where we enjoyed the breakfast with a wide variety of options. Location is perfect, close to great restaurants and easily accessible on foot.

Our xmas experience was ruined by the terrible customer service, unfriendly reception and an unexplained noise from the ceiling that kept us up all night long. The sushi restaurant was affiliated with the hotel but still awful and overpriced.

The hotel has an impressive Spa centre that provides luxurious treatments and the indoor swimming pool is perfect for relaxation. the restaurant offers a wide range of delicious meals to meet everyone's preferences, and the bar/lounge area presents a welcoming atmosphere with a variety of quality drinks.

The parking is on a first come first served basis, which caused us minor inconvenience. the immaculate private facilities and exceptional service more than made up for this.

I loved the central location of this hotel, right by the river and close to some amazing restaurants on Teja Island. The breakfast spread was fantastic with great views from the top floor. The staff was friendly and helpful during my stay.

The air conditioning system was not working properly and the hotel staff was not helpful in resolving the issue. the glass balconies offered no privacy and it was uncomfortable to see into your neighbor's room.
